How to Make a Payment

Over the Phone
Over the phone by calling your local Tendercubs branch.
A member of our team will be happy to take your payment securely.
In-Person
In person at your nursery reception.
We accept card payments and can provide receipts on the spot.
How Much Will I Pay?
Fees can vary based on your child’s age, schedule, funding eligibility, and location.

We’ll walk you through your options, including any 15 or 30 hours funding support you're entitled to.
Refunds Policy
We understand that plans can change.
If you need to request a refund due to overpayment, cancellations, or changes in your child’s attendance:
Please contact your nursery branch manager directly
Refunds are processed according to our terms and conditions & may take up to 10 working days
If your child is absent due to illness, holidays, or other reasons, fees will still apply unless otherwise agreed.
